Normally for breakfast I have a bowl of yogurt with a fruit, dried fruits, nuts, bran or other basic cereal, with some cinnamon and a heaping few tbsps of peanut butter - I usually follow that up with a smoothie maybe an hour or two later.
Today I heated some coconut oil with garlic and black pepper and cooked a handful of asparagus and a heaping handful of mixed greens (spinach, bok choy, kale)
I have prepared and will soon eat three stalks of celery with an avocado.
I am flippin starving!! My body is so used to the sugar from the fruit and likely the protein and salt from the peanut butter! I think tomorrow I will start my day with an avocado to curve my appetite.
I also started my day with three sun salutations and some free flow yoga, which felt amazing, I experienced some nice hip openings which I've been patiently waiting to happen the last week or so.
And of course, I started my day with a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar. My body immediately was all WHAAAAAT are you doing Joanna!!!!
I can feel the detoxification already and am excited for the benefits which will soon accompany this, but for now... I'm starving, and tonight I will buy a big jar of almond butter from the organic grocer that doesn't upcharge 300%!!!
